The project consisted of three phases. The preparation phase consisted of extensive discussions with Malise Swila, LAT teachers and the Tanzanian project partner to clarify the goals and used methods in this project. Malise visited The Netherlands in January and February 2011 to design the material and to be trained. From March to September 2011 Malise spread the knowledge and material to LAT teachers across Tanzania. Simultaneously the project was completed and results were communicated to interested parties, for example on the WFD conference in South Africa.

Project aims:

1 Creating teaching materials for LAT

2 Adjusting teaching materials to a more visual format, independent of language, which makes it usable for other sign languages

3 Training of Malian Malise Swila to use the material

Le projet contient trois (3) phases. pendent la phase de préparation sera suffisament communiqué avec Malise Swila, LAT instructeur en projet partenaire Tanzanien pour rendre clair les objectifs et le suivi du projet. Janvier et fevrier 2011 Marise Swila sera en Hollande pour faire le materiel pedagogique et l’entrainer la dessus. De mars á septembre 2011 Marise Swila ouvrira sa connaissance du materiel á d’atres enseignants de LAT en Tanzanie. En ce meme periode le projet sera completé et communiqué avec ceux qui sont interessés pendent le congrés de la federation mondiale pour les sourds en Afrique du Sud

Objectifs:

1. Créer du materiel pedagogique pour LAT

2. Rendre le materiel simple afin que ce pourra être utilisé pour d’autres enseignements en langue des signes

3. Entrainer Malise Swila comment utiliser le materiel
